Beginning of Week Nine


It seems that I have "plateaued". 234, 234.2, 234, 234... how I hate that number. I thought I'd be down this week. I expected to be down this week.

So now what? Just gotta keep going I guess. Can't let this stop me.

  1. hey - me too! Except i think it's my fault for eating extra calories. Around my bday I let myself have a few pear ciders and beers among the cake and verboten foods, and I think they turn directly into fat : )

    so, i have renewed my commitment to diet and exercise. Also, since it has been over a month now, i am changing my strength training circuit for a different one so my body will be challenged in different ways. finally, i am getting back on the interval-training wagon too...

    in your case interval training might be the ticket to get the ball rolling again... maybe do some quick-walking intervals on your walks?

    I tend to just keep a steady pace since I walk with other people but my morning work outs are pretty varied.
    When walking we kinda of naturally sped up and slow down on and off but never get up to a light jog or anything.
    I'll have to try it a little more seriously I guess.
