- Listening to the birds chirping happily
- Making it up the hill at work, a little winded but not as bad as it used to be
- Getting to curl up on the sofa and watch a show with Caleb before he had to go to work
- Hearing Trinity excitedly exclaim that she got to play Final Fantasy... and it was FUN!
- Getting the dishes done!
- Walking on my manual treadmill at an incline of about 15 degrees for 20 whole minutes (that's 5 more than normal)
